Every Hanalima piece is born from a handcrafted process with care in every detail. Before your order reaches you, we check it personally to make sure it meets the quality you deserve. Because we know you're not just buying a piece of jewellery you're choosing something special.
Preparation time: 1 to 6 working days
We are a small one-woman workshop, which means every order gets individual attention. Preparation time includes making or final checking of the piece, careful packaging and quality control before dispatch.
This timeframe may vary during periods of high demand or special campaigns. If you need your order urgently, message us before you buy and we'll do everything we can to help.
Shipping with Correos Express
Once your order is ready, we send it via Correos Express, a courier service that guarantees safe delivery with real-time tracking.
As soon as your parcel leaves our workshop, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can see where your order is at all times.
Tracking your order
With your tracking number you can check the status of your delivery directly on the Correos Express website. If you ever have questions about the status of your parcel, we're here to help.
